At the age of 17, I started my first career - a military career, combat arms, airbourne, and finally dental administrator. I retired from the military in 1991, after 27 years, and started my new profession as a real estate agent. The transition to real estate has been excellent and very rewarding.
In the last 16 years, I have received many awards - Platinum, Gold and Centurion for excellent service and production.
I am a family man- married for 35 years, with 3 children that are now forging ahead with their respective careers.
To me- Barrie is the place I want to live.
Tim Lintick (Real Estate Consultant):
I first started my Real Estate Career in Edmonton, Alberta in 1982 with Century 21. It was short lived as it was not very prosperous as the market turned and forced me into early retirement, so I moved on working in other careers. Over the years I have managed several large corporations, and then in 1995 I went into business for myself. In 2001 I decided to sell my Standard Auto Glass stores and get back into Real Estate as it has always been my passion.
In 2001 it was only natural for me to go back to Century 21 but only this time with Century 21 B.J.Roth Realty in Barrie, Ontario. Since getting back in to this great career I have met so many great people and I have helped them achieve their real estate goals, they are not only loyal clients that refer me to their friends and family, but they have become very good friends. It is because of them that I strive to be the best that I can be, I continue to upgrade myself so that I can have the knowledge that is needed in today's ever changing Real Estate market.
Some of the awards that I have received are: Masters Ruby Award (2003), Masters Emerald Award (2004), and the Top 21% Achievement Award of Excellence (2003, 2004).
I have been married to my wife Tracy for 22 years and have 2 children we are very proud of. Chad is an excellent electrician and Crystal is working in the law profession and wants to continue with her education to become a teacher.

Licensed in April 2001, I am now approaching the end of my lengthy
military career where I specialized in the area of Financial Management. I am
pleased to be working part time with Bob and Tim as their licensed assistant
